Striped wrinkled cotton blouse with embellished high/mock neck. It’s a half-Button up. Looks great both buttoned and unbuttoned. The fit is very loose and flowing. It’s a 38 but will fit and look good on everything from a 4-10. Bought at Anthropologie Condition: Like new
