Striped blouse with ruffled bell sleeves – size medium

This is a blue and white striped blouse with a beautiful flower embroidered embellishment that is raised from the fabric. See pictures. The sleeves are long and bell at the end. It is a round neck and it has a button in the back for closure. It comes just above the hip area. Really cute with a pair of jeans and some boots. Never worn a dress. It’s an extra large, but I think if it’s more like a large.
