Striped dress with mesh top!

Very flattering knee length dress! Stretchy material. Worn a handful of times, shows signs of wear as pictured. The cinch at the waist and the heart shaped neckline attached to the mesh creates a flattering figure! I've worn this during winter with boots and summer with sandals. The top area is lined so could be worn without a bra. Bought at a boutique but cut the tag off because it itched so can't remember the brand or size. Fits like a medium/8.
