Striped jeweled collar blouse

Navy and white striped blouse with hot pink jeweled collar. From the brand Maeve, purchased at Anthropologie. One jewel is missing (I bought it like that), but since it's towards the back it is not noticeable. There is also a light stain on the right shoulder; also not very noticeable.
