Striped off the sleeve top

Blue and white striped top Lots of ruching/elastic on the top so helps it stay put and flexible. Ribbon tie sleeves with lace. The ends of the ties on the sleeves are fraying a bit (pic 3) but otherwise in good condition. I cut the tag off and can't remember the brand but would fit a size S.
