Striped short to long maxi dress in colorful stripes. Purchased at a boutique and has no brand name listed or tag other than a size L tag. Fits size M to L. Super fun. Has a plastic pearl button at neckline and zipper up back. Bottom half has a drop waist ruffle that is short to long from front to back or what they call “high low.”
