Striped skater dress

Pre-owner and worn only once! The V neck is a little too low for my liking. Fabric is soft and probably a cotton blend. Great length if you are petite- I am 5’1 and it fits a few inches above my knees. Perfect summer dress! Any questions, please ask! Xo
