Striped t-shirt with lace on bottom

This shirt has navy blue and white stripes and a lace fair on the bottom. The lace has a flower design across the bottom. It reaches about five inches below the hips and is a perfect pair with leggings! There is a small blue stain on the lace but it isn’t very visible when on (shown in picture).
