Striped white and gray collared shirt

The perfect work top to wear with a blazer or pants. Striped white and dark gray with a raised ruffle design in the middle. Button closure in front. Single button closure on the cuffs. Purchased in Hong Kong at a boutique called G2000. Size reads 40 so it fits a size small. Worn in great condition.
