Striped wrap ruffle skirt

Ordered this from a darling online boutique called the tiny Tassel. Everything is handmade in South Carolina. Full wrap skirt, elastic waist, self tie, pockets. It did not come with any tags, and it has never been worn. I just don’t have the space for it. Unstretched the waist measures 16”
