Striped/Floral Button-up Dress (S)

Perfect for Spring, but unfortunately my legs have become too pale to wear it in the sun, so this season I think I'm sticking to maxi dresses. J for Justify, the dress buttons all the way up to the collar, and has optional loops at the side if you want to add a belt for a finishing touch.
