Stripped button down dress

Bought this dress in Rome in 2019. Never quite fit right but too attached to the memories to pass on until now. Functioning buttons all the way down but the waist is sewn together. Two pockets in the front. Pictured white spot is a blemish in the staining of the fabric and has been there since I bought it.
