Stripped cross front off the shoulder dress NWT!!

This dress is so cute and perfect for the warmer month coming up. This is a cross front dress with an off the shoulder detail. You can also wear it on your shoulders if you prefer. The vertical striped on the top are so flattering and then the flowy shirt is so fun. Top fabric has the rushing all the way around so it has a really nice stretch. Great for larger chest folks. I am 5'6 and this dress hits at the top of my knee. NWT
