Cute monochrome top with mock neck and double button closure at back of neck. Stiffer material and darts at the bust give this a very nice structure. Love it for pairing with high-waisted bottoms, especially suede skirts. Surprisingly high quality construction from Forever 21. Suspect this may be from several years ago or from their “higher-end” section. Dimensions: Pit-to-pit — Waist — 20 in. Length — 18 in. Due to the stiffer material, a larger bust may shorten the overall length when worn.
