Structured blue and white stripe dress

Perfect for summer (and those of us who hate wearing bras!!)! Ruched back and structured top. The skirt hits me a little above my knees (I'm 5' 8"). Nice thick but not hot material...almost like a light jean material. I don't remember how much I paid for it.
