Structured spaghetti strap empire bust cotton dress

Lovely cotton dress from B smart. Material is structured and gives the dress a premium feel. Awesome black and white design. Technically a girls dress but looks great on ladies too. Size 6 juniors, would fit a size 2 woman. Worn a few times, no obvious flaws. Slight discoloring of the straps but you can barely tell.
