Size 12 Stuart Weitzman Penelope Nola girls shoe in tan. Faux suede sandal that can be worn dressy or casual. Adjustable ankle strap. Zips up the back. I don't see any scuffs, just a little dirty. I think they look better/cleaner in person than in the photos. Good used condition to be safe.
