They are in excellent condition. Just so you know, there is some typical suede scuffing where the boots have rubbed up against the box (they are only noticeable when looking up close). This is not a defect and will happen with wear, but it can be easily removed with a suede brush going toward the nap. The brand recommends doing this every few wears with their suede shoes. The left bootie heel has a small crack in the base of the heel cap/top piece, see photo.
