Stuart Weitzman leather boots with strap stud on the ankle 8 1/2 feels like 9

Very lightly worn leather boots they are 8 1/2 but I take a 9. Pull on boots. They go up to the knee, a little elastic at the back for comfort. Extremely comfortable look brand new, slight tarnishing on the metal but hardly noticeable, didn’t show up in a photo.
