It is a 9B on the narrow side. There's a 3/4in under the foot so it softens the 4in heels to a 3&1/4 in height total for the arch of the foot. It is leather soul with leather inside the shoes. It's a silky cotton fabric for the outer part of the shoes. The heel soles need to be replaced.
