Is the frayed area stretched out to where it wouldn’t lay flat or fitted on your foot?

@brooksthreads hi! Its not stretched out to where it wouldn’t fit like normal. The last picture I was trying to show it as best as possible so I did hold the elastic out a little more than it would be. Hope this helps!
