Studded shoulder slit arm blue short dress

Size 4 royal blue. Stretchy material. Loose blouse top with fitted bottom. Mini skirt length. Arms are open from shoulder to wrist. Built in liner material. Has a couple of studs missing from one shoulder as shown in pic. Not noticeable when wearing. When you wear this dress...no one is looking at your shoulders 😉
