Vintage Studio Ease Petites periwinkle blue short sleeve blouse. Probably women's size 4P. Button up. V-neck with notched collar. Princess seams. Appears to be linen. Buttons have leaf pattern. It looks like shoulder pads were taken out. Size and fiber tag was cut out. Coordinating polyester dress about size 4P also available.
