Studio I Polka Dot Dress

Fun and sassy sheer black and white polka dot dress. Missing belt (though not needed). The back of the dress has an 8" opening with a hook and eye closure and a 13" zipper. Armpit to hem length is 32" with a ruffled bottom. This dress is very comfortable and is in great condition.
