Super cute vintage Studio M peplum silk blouse with effervescent champagne bubbles! Tiny buttons on front closure with brown velvet trim. 1-1/4" band circles waist at back and side to form graceful gathers. Three-quarter sleeves with button at cuff. See photos for measurements. This blouse was always too small for me but I liked it so much I bought it anyway. Alas, I realize now it will never fit. Never worn; tried on numerous times over the years. I hope it finds a good home.
