Studio Makeup Tinted Moisturizer in Oat (fair)NIB

I’ve heard good things about this but haven’t really been wearing as much makeup so probably not going to get to it any time soon. It’s in the shade oat, which is supposed to be Fair. Not used/swatched/tested. New in box. Open to reasonable offers.
