Studio Pottery - Narrow Neck Vase. MCM

Narrow vase made by traditional wheel-throw method with black gloss glaze at neck and matte turquoise with interesting bubbles. Shoulder was treated with scraping to accentuate the shape and glazing techniques. This vase does not hold water. It is beautiful as an object of art. Local artist in Seal Beach, California. Dimensions are: 12 inches tall, 4 inches wide. The soda can is included to give an idea of the vase's relative size to a regular sized soda can (size of a coke can - but not coke😜). The photo with the slatted table show the vase outside in a cloudy day in natural light. The color to my eye in person, is less bright than the inside pictures and sometimes appears more green than blue. It is exquisite in any lighting, but cameras and screens show colors differently than one's eye. Please feel free to make an offer💕
