It was hard to capture a consistent photo capturing the shade of blue. In my opinion, I see it more as a denim blue. The sleeves are gathered at the bottom of them and may look to some people as elastic BUT they are NOT, they’re just gathered. The whole top including the sleeves are loose-fitting.
