Studio West skirt

Studio West skirt, 100% cotton, gray, black, white bandana-ish pattern, size L, partial elastic waist band (back), good condition. The skirt has an asymmetrical hem (as shown in pictures), but I don't know if it was intentional or an error in manufacturing. I don't have a sewing machine to straighten the hem out and I am not so good at sewing a straight line by hand. Or, just wear it with the asymmetrical hem. Also, needs a good ironing. I will steam it, but I don't own an iron. Measurements lying flat (approx). waist 16" length 27" - 28.5" very approx., the hem is asymmetrical.
