There are no major flaws with this item, and is free and clear of any noticeable stains, rips, tears. Neck to Bottom - 27 inches Armpit to Armpit - 22 inches Shoulder to cuff - 24 inches I get most of my items at retail stores and outlets, estate auctions, Storage Units, antique stores, Vintage shops.
