Studio Y Black Tiered Tulle Mini Skirt Size S Cascading layers of tulle, soft satin waistband. There is a hole in the tulle on the back. There is a tear in the satin covering of the elastic waistband on one side. The satin is gathered over the waistband, which makes the tear not very noticeable, and the elastic underneath is in good condition. See photos for details
