NWT Like a blue and white China pattern, light and airy seersucker fabric. Mandarin collar. Rimmed in contrasting fabric at neck, arms and border. Size XS/6 is showing on my size 6 mannequin measures 38 at chest, 42 at hips, 42 at bottom, 37 long from shoulder to hem. Sweet and very cool and crisp for summer.
