Stunning 2-pc formal dress (Top/skirt) Lulu’s by Rubber Ducky. XL/runs smaller

This 2-piece Skirt/Top is a more formal, fitted material, it is from Lulu’s brand on tag is Rubber Ducky, NEVER WORN! Tags were on with a safety pin on the tags, but I removed them when moving so they wouldn’t poke or damage material- and can’t find them:/ This does feel like it runs smaller than XL, could also be the material- so please see pics of measurements, and feel free to ask for more. Slit is in the front. This is absolutely stunning!
