Stunning 70% silk blue & white maxi dress with low V back

Words really can’t describe this dress, it is stunning. It ties around the waist so it get be made really loose, also like a caftan dress. It is 70% silk and just feels so lovely. It has a LOT of material on the skirt so twirling is a dream. Very bohemian, very feminine and has gold accents and detailed belt ends.
