Stunning Black Halo Mini Cocktail Dress Black/Royal Blue Size 2 (with pockets!)

I absolutely love this dress. I’ve held onto it for years hoping my size 4 frame could fit into this dress, but it’s a true size 2. It’s perfect for a date note, cocktail hour, wedding. It has a stunning deep V that stays classy and not too exposed. It truly is a great dress that’s never been worn and waiting for a great home. In excellent condition. Bought this about 5yrs ago for about $350, their dresses of similar material and style now go for $400+ Oh! And it has POCKETS!
