Stunning Blue Rhinestone Evening Gown

Bodycon fitted floor length dress, featuring a sinched waist, stunning rhinestone detailing in the shoulder area both front and back, as well as a ruffle small detail in the back area. Please be aware a hook was added on to the back of the dress for and extra fitted look. Dress was purchased in boutique and sizing states a 12 but fits more like an 8. I believe the dress is European and therefore the sizing is different. Was worn once and price is super reduced.
