Stunning Donald J. Pilner Black Over the Knee Napa Couture Stretch Boot 9.5M

These are a pre-owned pair of Donald J. Pilner black over the knee napa couture stretch boots. The size is 9.5M but I would say this boot is best suited for a narrow calf women. It is a stretch boot but if you don't have a narrow calf you will struggle pulling them on. Wearing some sort of stocking does help. They are pre owned and but you can see from the photos that the heels are in super great condition. I always would use something like coconut oil, plain Vaseline or any other leather polish to keep them looking good. The shaft height is 21", the calf measures 14.5" at the ankle area and 7" at the top with a 3" heel.
