Stunning Express Portfolio blouse

I’m in love with this blouse, unfortunately it no longer fits me too small but it’s in great condition I don’t see any flaws or stains I keep my clothing kept very well. I used to wear it to work but now I don’t time to say goodbye. It’s very a white with blue stripes and gold hardware. Sleeves can be worn fully down or buttoned to quarter length. Not stretchy more of a silk material clearing out my closet make an offer!!
