Stunning Floral Blouse with ties in sleeves

This top is just stunning. It has beautiful floral all over it in reds, yellows, pinks and blues. The fabric is cool to the touch. The sleeves have ties which is my favorite part and a bit of a ruffle effect on the shoulders. This is pleaded in the front, see photos. This blouse is just adorable The brand is bloom chick and the fabric is 98% polyester/2% spandex. Not a lot of stretch to this blouse. Comes from a clean, smoke-free home.
