melisa71 @xolaurenjxo so would you say it runs a little small? Was hoping closer to 27 waist since size 4. If you have access to dress it would help a lot to know measurement of waist laying flat. I hate to get her a dress and end up to small. Most all dresses she has tried on is a 4 and fit
