By the time Poshmark deducts their 20% fees and the added postal fees to ship because the dress is so heavy I'd be better off keeping the dress if I agreed to 300. I do appreciate the offer though!

Is there a way to make the slit more modest? how heavy is the dress?

@leslie4212018 Hey! Yes, the slit can be altered to accommodate a more modest look. A seamstress can tack it together rather easily. I would have done the same thing but ended up wearing another gown. The dress is fully beaded so it’s heavy but not uncomfortably heavy. I’m out of town today but I can weigh the dress when I get home and let you know an approximate weight tomorrow morning. If you need more information on the dress please let me know and I’ll be happy to answer.

I'd like to add that the model has the gown purposely pulled apart I am assuming for appeal. When the gown hangs naturally the slit is not as high as it appears in the photo unless you want it to. I'd recommend a seamstress tack the slit to accommodate leg exposure to your specifications

Has been hectic. I posted the Sheri Hill size chart that you can refer to. However I can tell you that my measurements are 32 DD and my waist is a size 25. I checked the seam and there is room to alter the gown (out or take it in)
