Hi! These look well loved— is the leather soft and comfortable? I have trouble with stiff straps, but these look like they might be broken in pretty well. Does the strap with the buckle go around the heel? Also, the small spot on the top of the strap on the right foot— do you think this would go away with some leather shoe polish?
