Stunning NWOT Haute Hippie Silk Hi-Lo dress

NWOT Haute Hippie Silk Hi-Lo ruched top dress. Size xs. Silk with polyester lining. Rusched shoulders and tie string cinched waist. Skirt is lined from the waist down. Perfect condition. I actually bought this dress from another posher. It is stunning and I love it. This dress definitely fits true to size, I just have an extremely short torso and it does not fit :/
