Stunning multi-stones including turquoise, Spiny Oyster, Lapis Lazuli, and Coral on sterling with sterling beads between the stones. It measures approximately 5.75 instead with a 1 1/4" gap. Slight adjustments are possible. Cuff is signed by artists, Gilo and Grace Nakai, and marked sterling. It weighs approximately 38.8 grams.
