I literally breaks my heart to sell this gorgeous blouse by Parker. In person it has a “dressiness” to it and the silver color has a subtle sheen. It is fully lined and ties inside at the waist and outside at the waist as posted in the photos. The sleeves are full with elastic at the wrist. It seems to run a little but small as Parker sometimes does, I am a 12 and it is too small at the waist and chest. It measures about 15” at the waist and approximately 21” at the chest but this can vary a little since it ties. The length from shoulder to hem is about 24”. There is no stretch.
