nancelle007 @adod90 Yes there's three open and claps closures for the front. The chest laying flat measures about 17' inches so 34' inches around. Sleeves comes down about 24' inches. Hope this helps love! 😘❤

nancelle007 @adod90 Size 36 is usually a Size 2 in US. I like things tailored fit and I tried on Size 38 that was little lose which is a Size 4 in US.
