Incredible true 50's party dress. Complete with functional original hardware and tulle. Got this for a Halloween costume but ended up going as something else. So I have never worn it.
It's 34 inches from neckline to bottom. Hanging the waist is 13. Sleeves (from top of shoulder) are 14. Only flaw is the button connecting the bow detail in back but that was made to be removable. This is an amazing vintage piece

Did you measure the length from the bottom of the neckline? Or from the top of the shoulder to hem?
