Stunning Vintage Kay Kipps NY Two Piece Evening Outfit Peplum Top Maxi Blue EUC!

This two piece vintage outfit by Kay Kipps NY is gorgeous. Blue shimmering fabric is pleated throughout, giving the outfit lots of sway and sass when you walk. Poet blouse sleeves with silver rhinestones on the cuffs and on the front placket. EUC, no tears, only one stain on the right sleeve, see photo, but its really not noticeable due to the fabric pleats. Peplum top with a matching belt, maxi skirt. No fabric content tag but it is probably some sort of rayon/soft poly blend. Marked a size 10 from the 1970's, I would estimate more like a 6 or 8 in contemporary sizing. See photos for measurements. The belt has velcro attachment which gives it a bit of adjustment. Collar slightly stands up, and you will stand out in this outfit! Perfect vintage style for a special event or wedding!
