Absolutely stunning black velvet off the shoulder dress featuring lace trim shoulder ruffle with elastic band along shoulders still has stitching keeping it at the ruffle, inside under ruffle is a capped sleeve (hole measurements are below), a beautiful beaded center between chest, a slit in back, a back zipper enclosure, size 16w. Excellent vintage condition, some loose strings on lace but overall excellent condition from L. A. Glo.
