Stunning Vintage Small rare designer hand crafted floral dress scalloped edge

Modern size small blue, green and white floral dress by Jobie New York. Circa the 40s or 50s. I found zero flaws in this dress. It’s professionally handmade and in excellent condition. The scalloped neckline goes all the way around, front and back. The material has a nice sheen to it. My best guess is rayon or acetate. It’s thin enough to be nice and breathable, but thick enough to not be see through, so you won’t need a slip. The bodice is lined, the skirt is not. There is no stretch, so definitely check your measurements! Knee length on me and I’m 5’5” Measurements, laid flat: Pit to pit: 19” but there’s a bit more room due to the tailoring. Waist: 14” Length: 39” Little to no stretch!
